I’ve never had food so good! Definitely my new favorite restaurant! If I could rate it any higher ai’d give 100/10 !! Awesome atmosphere and service! Our server kept our drinks full to the brim the entire experience! Anne was amazing!
Great service by Zack our server. Food was served hot and was very good. Enjoyed the flight of beers to taste. I had the beef tips that were excellent and so tender. House salad to round out my meal.
Walked in on a whim and am glad I did. The service was wonderul, the food was exquisite, and the draft beer (AKB Pale) was noticeably fresh. NY steak paired w/ halibut is now my favourite version of surf & turf! Many thanks to Zach et. al. for the pleasant experience.
We had lunch here and loved it so much that we came back for dinner! We were still kind of full, so we shared a salmon burger. It was delicious! I wish we knew what they marinated their salmon in. Service was excellent from the bright and bubbly Acacia. She made the meal even better! Love the decor here. Also love watching the staff...they're like a well-oiled machine. Great team!
What am amazing atmosphere! People were friendly. The wicked Alaska burger and fries hit the spot! That Alaskan white ale was awesome. It felt great trying out the local drink! Would definitely come back to visit.
I had such a great experience at Brewster! The food was absolutely delicious, the vibes were amazing, and everyone working there was so friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Kaylyn — she went above and beyond to make sure all of our requests were accommodated. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly made our experience even better. Definitely the best service we’ve had in a while. Highly recommend this place!
Great meal... both times. The service the first night was a little better but not significant. I had a salad. It was huge!! Also very tasty. I audio had cheese curds cause, well, it's what I love. Awesome!! I'd definitely go back.
Wonderful experience. Traveling from out of town Saturday night, when we arrived we were sat instantly & Zach was out waiter. Great guy, very attentive, he recommended the cheese steak to me and it was a hit. Extra meaty meal, flavorful and not a soggy bun. The steak was juicy and cooked to order 👌🏾 This was a GREAT stop with great service (Zach's the man🤘🏾) & I took half the cheese steak & waffle fries home with me.
Brewster’s in Fairbanks was a wonderful dining experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with something for everyone to enjoy. The service was friendly and kudos to Kayden for being so attentive with our large party of eleven😱. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Everything from the meal to the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return whenever we are in the area again and highly recommend Brewster’s to anyone visiting Fairbanks!👏🏾♥️👏🏾
